Summary

A few cases of ovarian cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Remaining malignant cells were in general weakly stained or negative.Rare cases of duct carcinoma of breast and ovarian cancer displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Colorectal cancers along with several malignant melanomas, breast, ovarian, cervical, pancreatic and gastric cancers exhibited moderate staining with additional membranous positivity in many tissues. Remaining malignant cells were in general weakly stained or negative.

Validation

The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern partly consistent with characterization data for at least one of the genes whereas any of the other genes has no available gene/protein characterization data or is contradicted by gene/protein chara
