Summary

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity was observed in most malignancies. A majority of cervical, skin and testicular cancers were weakly stained or negative. Most of the malignant cells exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. A few cases of lung, skin, renal and gastric cancers were weakly stained. Most malignancies showed very weak cytoplasmic positivity or were negative. Several cases of colorectal, prostate, liver and renal cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
