Summary

Malignant gliomas and prostate cancer showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Moderate staining was observed in breast cancer and several cases of malignant lymphomas, colorectal, thyroid, testicular and renal cancers. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. Cancer cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in several colorectal along with a few skin and pancreatic cancers. A few liver and pancreatic cancers showed additional nuclear staining.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
