Summary

Most malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. Several cases of malignant melanoma, breast, colorectal, ovarian, gastric and pancreatic cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining.Malignant cells exhibited weak to moderate, slightly granular, cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. A few cases of colorectal cancers showed strong staining. Malignant lymphomas and several cases of malignant gliomas and skin cancers were negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
