Summary

The majority of malignant cells showed weak cytoplasmic positivity or were negative. Prostate cancers, most breast and colorectal cancers along with several endometrial and urothelial cancers showed moderate to strong positivity. Malignant tissues showed cytoplasmic staining of variable intensity. Strong staining in several cases of colorectal, breast, prostate, ovarian, urothelial and liver cancer. Most renal and lung tumors were negative. Most malignant cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Renal carcinomas were mainly negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
