Summary

Several Hodgkins lymphomas, colorectal and stomach cancers along with a few ovarian, endometrial, prostate, liver and pancreatic cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or membranous immunoreactivity. Remaining cancer cells were weakly stained or negative.Differential staining pattern with cytoplasmic positivity ranging from weak to strong intensity was observed mainly in malignant gliomas, lymphomas, testicular cancers and breast cancers. Most other tumors were weakly stained.

Validation

Supportive: The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern consistent with gene/protein characterization data for all of the genes
Uncertain: One antibody yielding a staining pattern which is partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
