Summary

Few cases of colorectal, thyroid, skin and gastric cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining malignant tissues were weakly stained or negative. Most malignant cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. A majority of stomach cancers along with a few cases of renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
