Summary

Most malignancies showed weak to moderate nuclear staining, strong and distinct cytoplasmic staining was seen in hepatocellular carcinomas. Malignant lymphomas and renal cancers were virtually negative. Most malignancies showed weak cytoplasmic staining in all cells, additional weak nuclear staining was also seen rarely. Single case of thyroid cancer showed strong cytoplasmic staining.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
