Summary

A majority of the malignant cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Papillary carcinoma of thyroid and a few cases of prostate, breast, ovary, endometrial and pancreatic cancers were strongly stained.Papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid along with a few malignant melanomas, colorectal and ovarian cancers exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining malignant cells were generally negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
