Summary

The majority of malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Membranous staining was observed in colorectal and liver cancers. A few cases of colorectal, breast, ovarian, gastric, pancreatic and liver cancers were strongly positive. Most malignant gliomas, malignant lymphomas, lung, skin and testicular cancers were negative.Normal and malignant cells showed moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nucleolar positivity in several cases. Several cases of colorectal and endometrial cancers were strongly stained. Urothelial and renal cancers along with most malignant gliomas and lymphomas were weakly stained or negative.
