Summary

Most malignant tissues were weakly stained or negative. Several cases of colorectal, stomach and pancreatic cancers exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity whereas moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining was found in cases of gliomas and renal cancers.

Validation

One antibody yielding a staining pattern which is partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
