The RNA section presents RNA-seq data from eleven cell lines. The table displays FPKM values (number of Fragments per Kilobase Gene model and Million reads) obtained from paired-end sequencing of the cell lines A-431, A-549, CACO-2, HEK 293, HeLA, Hep-G2, MCF-7, PC-3, RT-4, U-2 OS and U-251 MG using the Illumina HiSeq 2000 system. FPKM values are used to estimate the transcript abundance of each gene in each of the cell lines. The expression levels are also reported as high, medium, low or not detected.
