Summary

A majority of adenocarcinomas and some squamous cell carcinomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Remaining tumors were negative. Most malignant cells showed membranous immunoreactivity. Malignant lymphomas and malignant gliomas were negative while a majority of skin, testicular, breast and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

One antibody yielding a staining pattern and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or the staining pattern is partly consistent with or contradicted by limited gene/protein characterization data
The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern consistent with gene/protein characterization data for all of the genes
