Summary

Cancer cells generally displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Hepatocellular carcinomas were strongly stained. Gliomas as well as most renal and urothelial cancers were weakly stained or negative.A single case of duct carcinoma of breast and fraction of tumor cells in occasional squamous cell carcinomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. A few gliomas displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer tissues along with stroma were negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
