Summary

Most malignancies showed strong nuclear staining. Malignant lymphomas, cervical squamous cell carcinomas and testicular tumors as well as several colorectal cancers were negative.Moderate to strong positivity was displayed in non-Hodgkin's lymphomas while breast, testicular, liver and thyroid cancers were moderately positive in a majority of cases. Tumor cells were in general weakly stained or negative.Cancer tissues showed moderate to strong nuclear immunoreactivity, along with occasional cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Several cases of duct carcinomas of breast, colorectal and pancreatic cancers displayed strong nuclear, cytoplasmic and membranous positivity.
