Summary

Malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several prostate cancers along with a few malignant melanomas, endometrial, thyroid and liver cancers were strongly stained. Most malignancies showed weak cytoplasmic staining or were negative. Several malignant melanomas, hepatocellular, colorectal, breast and urothelial cancers as well as fractions of cases on several other malignancies were moderately stained.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are consistent with gene/protein characterization data
