Summary

Most cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Most testicular cancers were negative. Endothelial cells in tumor stroma stained distinctly. Most cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in some cases. Papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid cancers, a few gliomas, breast cancers along with occasional cases of colorectal, endometrial and pancreatic cancers exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Lymphomas were in general negative.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
