Summary

Many colorectal, ovarian, endometrial and renal cancers along with a few prostate and liver cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. Most malignant tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Melanomas along with a few cases of gliomas and testicular cancers displayed strong immunoreactivity. Lymphomas, several renal cell carcinomas and hepatocellular carcinomas were in general negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
