The overall cancer tissue staining statistics shows the fraction of patient samples with strong, moderate, weak or no staining (as described by the color-coding scale in the box to the right), using all the available antibodies to the protein targets encoded by this gene. For each cancer, the staining for each available antibody is reported as the fraction of samples with strong, moderate, weak or no staining (as described by the color-coding scale in the box to the right). The lenght of the bar represents the number of patient samples analysed (max=12 patients). By clicking on a cancer tissue, the detailed staining data for that cancer is available, including annotated images.
At the bottom of this page, a summary for the cancer staining for each antibody is given, together with the immunohistochemistry validation score for that antibody.
Most liver cancers and cases of malignant gliomas, colorectal, breast, endometrial, testicular and pancreatic cancers exhibited moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. The remaining tumors were basically negative.
A majority of malignant lymphomas, gliomas, breast, colorectal, prostate and endometrial cancers displayed moderate staining. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative.
Moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in most malignancies. Several malignant gliomas, colorectal and endometrial cancers were strongly stained.
