Summary

Most liver cancers and cases of malignant gliomas, colorectal, breast, endometrial, testicular and pancreatic cancers exhibited moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. The remaining tumors were basically negative.A majority of malignant lymphomas, gliomas, breast, colorectal, prostate and endometrial cancers displayed moderate staining. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative.Moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in most malignancies. Several malignant gliomas, colorectal and endometrial cancers were strongly stained.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
