Summary

A few duct carcinomas of breast, malignant gliomas, hepatocellular carcinomas, pancreatic, endometrial, ovarian and gastric cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or membranous staining. Remaining malignant cells were mainly negative. Most malignancies showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Colorectal cancers, hepatocellular carcinomas along with a few pancreatic, cervical and gastric cancers were strongly stained. Malignant lymphomas and most renal cancers were negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
