Summary

Many malignant carcinoid, gliomas, melanomas, thyroid, breast, prostate, endometrial and ovarian cancers displayed moderate to strong nuclear positivity. Remaining malignant tissues were negative.Cancer tissues generally showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Most gliomas, lymphomas, basal cell carcinomas, cervical and endometrial cancers were negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
