Summary

A majority of cancer tissues showed moderate to strong membranous and/or cytoplasmic positivity.Colorectal, ovarian, endometrial, testicular, breast, urothelial, pancreatic and liver cancers displayed moderate to strong membranous staining. Malignant lymphomas exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative. Most malignant tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Several cases of renal cancer along with a few cases of colorectal, cervical and pancreatic cancers exhibited strong positivity. Several cases of malignant lymphomas, testis and lung cancer were negative.Malignant tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Strong staining was observed in a few colorectal cancers. Several cases of malignant gliomas, lymphomas, prostate and renal cancers were negative.

Validation

The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern consistent with gene/protein characterization data for at least one of the genes whereas any of the other genes has no available gene/protein characterization data or is contradicted by gene/protein
The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern consistent with gene/protein characterization data for at least one of the genes whereas any of the other genes has no available gene/protein characterization data or is contradicted by gene/protein
The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern partly consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data or there is no available gene/protein characterization data for all or at least one of the genes
