Immunohistochemical staining of human lateral ventricle shows strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity in glial cells.
 
Immunohistochemical staining of human pancreas shows strong granular cytoplasmic positivity in exocrine glandular cells.
 

Summary

Glial cells displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Gastrointestinal tract, gall bladder and adipocytes showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.   Most normal tissues exhibited weak to moderate granular cytoplasmic positivity. Exocrine pancreas showed strong granular cytoplasmic staining. Bile duct cells, testis, cardiac myocytes, skeletal myocytes, germinal center cells and glial cells were negative.
