Annotation dictionary (IHC)

A histological dictionary used in the IHC tissue annotation is available as a PDF-document, containing images which are immunohistochemically stained with antibodies included in the protein atlas. The dictionary displays subtypes of cells distinguishable from each other and also shows specific expression patterns in different intracellular structures.

Annotation dictionary (IF)

A dictionary of the immunofluorescence annotations is also available. Here, all annotated subcellular localizations and staining characteristics are demonstrated by illustrative examples of confocal images from selected antibodies included in the protein atlas.
