Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong cytoplasmic positivity was seen in cardiac myocytes.
Among tumors, testicular seminomas exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Other cancers demonstrated weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Malignant gliomas and liver cancers were generally negative or only weakly positive.
