Annotation Summary - IHC

Most normal tissues showed cytoplasmic staining of variable intensity. Strongest staining was observed in trophoblasts of placenta and in glandular epithelia. In stomach, parietal cells were distinctly stained. Most cancer tissues expressed cytoplasmic positivity of variable intensity, often with granular appearance. Some of the renal cancers and the stomach cancers displayed distinct membranous immunoreactivity.
