A majority of normal tissues displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Endocrine pancreas, alveolar cells, adrenal medullar cells and muscle tissues were weakly stained. All cancer tissues showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity, except for malignant carcinoids and malignant gliomas which were predominantly moderately stained in cytoplasm. In renal cancers, mainly weak cytoplasmic positivity was observed.
