Normal tissues showed cytoplasmic expression of varying intensity. Medullar cortex, renal tubules, Leydig cells, myocytes and hepatocytes demonstrated strong cytoplasmic positivity. Most glandular epithelia were strongly stained. Alveolar cells, bile duct cells and renal glomeruli were negative.
Among tumors, adenocarcinomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in most hepatocellular carcinomas and malignant lymphomas.
