Most normal tissues showed mainly moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong staining was found in some glandular cells in gastro-intestinal tract Trophoblasts, pyramidal neurons of the cerebral cortex showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Most malignant tissues exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Many skin cancers were negative.
