A majority of the normal and malignant cells were negative. Lymphoid tissues in general showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Cilia and luminal membranes of the epididymis showed distinct stained. Among malignant cells most cases of colo-rectal and occasional cases of other cancers e.g. testis carcinomas displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity combined with membranous positivity.
