Most of the normal and malignant tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Leydig cells in the testis, gall bladder and adrenal cortical cells showed strong staining. Squamous epithelia, hepatocytes and lymphoid tissues were generally negative. Several malignancies were negative in a majority of cases e.g. malignant gliomas and skin cancers.
