Annotation Summary - IHC  
Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity which was occasionally combined with nuclear or extracellular staining. Strong cytoplasmic staining was for example seen in gastro-intestinal tract, adrenal cortical cells and cells of renal tubules. Neuronal cells also displayed distinct positivity. Malignant tissues exhibited similar staining properties as normal cells. A few cases of gliomas, stomach and liver cancers showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Most of the skin cancers were weakly stained or negative.
