Nuclear staining in many normal tissues. Distinct staining of basal cells in for example bronchial, prostate and urothelial epithelium. Squamous epithelium showed also cytoplasmic staining, stronger towards basal cells. Exocrine cells in pancreas showed distinct nuclear staining whereas the islet cells were negative.
Lymphoid tissue was strongly positive in all occations.
Tumor cells were often weak positive in cytoplasm or/and nucleus. They displayed strong stromal positivity. Malignant lymphomas were very strong positive. Squamous carcinomas and urothelial cancers showed cytoplasmic staining pattern.
