It was often weakly positive in epithelial cells. In squamous epithelium there was sometimes cytoplasmic positivity in the middle of eptiehlium. Kidney and liver were positive. Neuronal cells displayed positive in nucleus. Stroma often showed positivity. There was mostly a negative or weak reaction in tumors, but overall, tumors seemed to be positive more often than normal tissues. Some endometrial cancers showed pretty strong reaction.
