Some tissues showed a significant staining. Hepatocytes showed a cytoplasmic staining. In prostate glands a strong and granular staining was seen. Chorionvilli in the placenta and spermatids in the testis were strongly nuclear positive.
Prostate cancers were strongly stained with a distinct granular pattern. Single pancreatic and urothelial carcinomas showed nuclear staining.
