Strong membranous immunoreactivity was seen in cells of renal tubuli while a fraction of cells in gastro-intestinal tract, islet cells, adrenal cortical cells and neuronal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. The remaining normal tissues were negative.
Malignant tissues were in general negative. A few cases of melanomas and thyroid cancers exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining.
