The antibody displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining in both normal and malignant tissues. In normal tissues, gastro-intestinal glandular cells, pancreas, thyroid and parathyroid showed strong cytoplasmic staining. CNS tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Lymphoid tissues were weak to negative. Malignant melanoma, endometrial, ovarian, thyroid and liver malignancies exhibited strong cytoplasmic staining.
