Strong staining was seen primarily in neurons and in colloid of the thyroid gland. This antibody most often expressed a nuclear membrane and cytoplasmic positivity. Glial cells, decidua, respiratory, squamous epithelia and endometrial glands expressed distinct nuclear membrane positivity. Both a cytoplasmic and nuclear weak and diffuse positivity was detected in most epithelia. Skeletal and smooth muscle tissues were positive.
A nuclear membrane positivity and additional diffuse weak cytoplasmic positivity noticed in most carcinomas. Strongest staining was registered in gliomas. Inflammatory stromal cells were positive.
