Annotation Summary - IHC

Most of the normal cells showed moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in several cases. Strong staining was observed in parietal cells of stomach, glandular cells of colon and neuronal cells of CNS. A majority of malignant cells showed weak to moderate immunoreactivity. Cases of carcinoids were strongly stained. Many cases of melanomas and a few cases of renal cancers were negative.
