Moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in most normal tissues. Exocrine pancreas and the prostate exhibited strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Malignant cells displayed in most cases weak cytoplasmic immunoreactivity or were negative. Endometrial cancers occasionally showed strong cytoplasmic positivity but were in most cases moderate. Moderate staining was also observed in most prostate cancers and several cases of malignant gliomas and pancreatic cancers.
