Most normal tissues were negative. Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in prostate. Stratum corneum of epidermis, microvilli in intestinal tract, astrocytes, hepatocytes and cells in renal tubuli exhibited moderate to strong positivity.
All prostate cancers and occasional cases of gliomas, hepatocellular carcinomas and papillary adenocarcinoma of thyroid demonstrated moderate cytoplasmic positivity.
Malignant tissues were otherwise negative.
