Stained the cytoplasm and to a lesser extent the nuclei. Most often moderate intensity. Basal layers of squamous epithelium were stronger positive. Distinct staining was also found the chiefcells of the stomach. Granular pattern were seen in Leydig cells.
Malignancies showed similar staining pattern as normal cells but stained slightly weaker. General intensity was between weak and moderate. Seminomas were strongly positive.
