Normal tissues were generally negative. Hepatocytes of the liver showed moderately positivity in the cytoplasm while glandular epithelia of the gastro-intestinal tract displayed weak to moderate staining. Nuclear positivity was observed in a subtype of alveolar cells. Mesenchymal cells were distinctly stained.
Similar to the normal tissues, most malignant were tissues negative. Hepatocellular carcinomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity.
