HPA IHC dataExpression profiles for proteins in 45 human tissues based on immunohistochemisty using tissue micro arrays. For selected proteins, additional tissue profiling (29 tissues) and extended cell type annotation (14 tissues) is performed. The tab-separated file includes Ensembl gene identifier, tissue name, annotated cell type, expression value ("Level"), and the gene reliability of the expression value ("Reliability"). The data is based on The Human Protein Atlas version 25.1 and Ensembl version 109. Standard panel tissues for IHC

MS dataProtein intensity levels in 60 samples across 20 human tissues based on mass spectrometry. The tab-separated file includes gene, gene name, sample name, cell type, replicate nr, intensity. The data is based on The Human Protein Atlas version 25.1 and Ensembl version 109. Protein intensity levels across 20 human tissues based on mass spectrometry. The tab-separated file includes Ensembl gene identifier, tissue name. The data is based on The Human Protein Atlas version 25.1 and Ensembl version 109.
Consensus RNA dataConsensus transcript expression levels summarized per gene in 51 tissues based on transcriptomics data from HPA and GTEx. The consensus normalized expression ("nTPM") value is calculated as the maximum nTPM value for each gene in the two data sources. For tissues with multiple sub-tissues (brain regions, lymphoid tissues and intestine) the maximum of all sub-tissues is used for the tissue type. The tab-separated file includes Ensembl gene identifier, analysed tissue and normalized expression ("nTPM"). The data is based on The Human Protein Atlas version 25.1 and Ensembl version 109. The tab-separated file includes Ensembl gene identifier, analysed tissue, transcripts per million ("TPM"), protein-transcripts per million ("pTPM") and normalized expression ("nTPM"). The data is based onThe Human Protein Atlas version 25.1 and Ensembl version 109. HPA tissues (RNA)
