It is a result of stringent evaluation of immunohistochemical staining pattern, RNA data from internal and external sources and available protein/gene characterization data. Most normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. The lung, pancreas, squamous epithelia, testis, glial cells, myocytes and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in a few cases. Adrenal gland, gall bladder, renal tubules, seminal vesicle and follicle cells of ovary exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Pneumocytes and glial cells of CNS were negative.
Normal tissues showed strong cytoplasmic positivity with additional luminal membrane or nuclear staining in some cases.
