Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in respiratory epithelia, adrenal gland, renal glomeruli, cervical glands, fallopian tube, Purkinje cells, neuropil and endotheial cells. Endometrial glands, glandular cells of breast and seminal vesicle showed strong membranous staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Glandular cells in stomach, colon, Leydig cells, cells in seminal vesicle showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Renal glomeruli displayed moderate membranous staining. Neuronal cells in cerebral cortex moderate nuclear immunoreactivity whereas urothelium showed weak nuclear positivity. Other normal tissues were negative.
Renal glomeruli including Bowman's capsule, endometrial glands and seminal vesicle demonstrated strong membranous staining. Decidual cells and endothelium showed distinct cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
