Summary

Most cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic with additional nuclear positivity in some cases. Testicular cancers were strongly stained. Many gliomas, lymphomas, lung and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.Cancers generally displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Strong membranous staining was observed in colorectal cancers. Nuclear staining was mainly observed in non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, urothelial cancers and gliomas.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
