Summary

Tumour tissues exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern.Majority of cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Prostate cancers displayed moderate to strong granular cytoplasmic positivity. Few cases of duct carcinomas of breast exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Few cases of colorectal, endometrial, ovarian and pancreatic cancers displayed additional membranous immunoreactivity.
