Summary

A majority of malignant cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. All renal cell carcinomas were intensly stained. Most of the malignant cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional membranous positivity. Most cases of malignant carcinoid, glioma, lymphoma, melanoma as well as lung cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma exhibited weak staining or were negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
