Summary

Malignant melanomas, hepatocellular carcinomas and prostate cancers along with several pancreatic cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Weak to moderate staining was observed in several cases of malignant gliomas, lymphomas, lung, gastric and colorectal cancers. Remaining malignant cells were mainly negative. Most malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Hepatocellular carcinomas and a few pancreatic cancers were strongly stained. Several renal cancers and malignant lymphomas were negative.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are consistent with gene/protein characterization data
Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
